Uploading an FAQ file throws an error

Hi there, I tried to upload a csv-file in the FAQ-tab. I always got an error message saying something like the data doesn't meet the requirements.

This is, how it looks like:

question,answer
"Question 1", Answer 1
"Question 2", Answer 2
...

Can anyone help me with this?
