Subject: Request for Assistance Regarding Issues with My Botsonic Chatbot

Dear Botsonic Technical Support Team,

I have been using the Botsonic platform for about 3 months, and I’ve created a personalized chatbot. I was generally satisfied, and the chatbot was answering user queries without issues. However, for the past week, I’ve been facing serious issues, negatively impacting my user experience.

The problems are as follows:

  1. The system frequently responds in English or other languages, even though I expect answers in Turkish.
  2. I’ve been receiving an error message stating that the bot has been disabled due to inactivity for 7 days. However, this issue sometimes resolves itself temporarily, only to reappear again later.

The error message is as follows:
"We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The bot you are attempting to access has been inactive for the past seven days and has subsequently been disabled. To resume functionality, please retrain your bot. Thank you for your understanding."

Even though new user queries have been submitted and some have been answered, I continue to face the same issue despite trying from multiple devices (both PC and mobile). I had no issues before, and I urgently request your assistance in resolving this.
