Bodybuilding competition

So, I’ve been training for a bodybuilding competition, and HGH keeps coming up in conversations at the gym. A guy I know claimed he started using it a few months back, and he swears it’s been a game-changer for his gains and recovery. I’ve been tempted to give it a try, but I’m confused about the dosage. I’ve seen everything from 1 IU to 10 IU daily, which makes it hard to figure out what’s right for me. Has anyone here found a sweet spot with their dosage that really worked?
