Jira or Confluence

My client is a drone manufacturer with sales and service reps. He asked/suggested this: "For support purposes, we need the bot to use data from Jira and confluence to answer questions. If the bot can not answer the questions with the information it has from Jira and confluence then the bot sends the customer a link to our CSM form and they fill it out to speak to a representative. At that point we would need a human in the loop." Anyone have some help for that?
