Hi everyone! I work for a small company, and we recently started using Shifton to schedule shifts. It seems to be convenient and fast, but there are times when the automatic system doesn't quite take into account the individual wishes of employees. For example, if someone for some reason can't work evening shifts, Shifton doesn't always distribute it correctly, and there's confusion. I'm wondering: is it worth manually making adjustments to the schedule or just relying on automation and hoping that the system will adjust over time? Has anyone encountered such problems?
