How Do You Handle Multiple Knowledge Sources in One Bot?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently building a bot using Botsonic, and I’m wondering about the best way to manage multiple knowledge sources. Specifically:

Is there a preferred method to upload different documents (e.g., PDFs, FAQs, and product manuals) and keep the bot’s responses contextually accurate depending on the query?

Does Botsonic prioritize certain data types over others, or is there a way to assign weight or relevance?

Lastly, how does Botsonic handle overlapping or conflicting information between sources?

I’d love to hear how others here are structuring their bots for complex knowledge bases. Thanks in advance!
