How to cope with burnout and better understand yourself?

Hello everyone!
The last few months I feel completely exhausted. Constant race - work, social networks, everyday life. Everything seems to be going well, but inside there is emptiness and anxiety. I tried reading books on self-development, watching motivational videos - it does not help. Sometimes I do not even understand what I want. Does anyone have a similar experience? How do you cope with such emotional burnout? And are there really any simple tools that help to better understand yourself, and not just distract yourself from problems? I would be glad to receive any advice, preferably from personal experience.
