I cannot delete my documents on the sources of the bot
Unable to delete a source file.
I am unable to delete a PDF source file for a bot. Whenever I select delete, I get an error message, "Internal Backend Server Error."
how do I see the training in the questions asked and answered?
I've added multiple documents to train the bot. But I don't see the contents of my documents in the aswers to my test questions. How can I be sure the content I trained it with is being used by it to answer questions? Thanks

I have been unable to get in contact with anyone in this company for over 16 hours now, rendering the integration process of my bot onto WhatsApp pointless, I need the tokens generated by Botsonic to finish off the process. Does anyone know how to contact the support team? Any direct email that I can use?
Auto-populate Name and Email
I've created a Botsonic help-bot which is working really well. We manually check the INBOX to follow up when the bot is unable to provide a satisfactory answer and to do this we obviously need to record the user's name and email.

Has anhone had success integrating their Bot with Slack?
I am on a paid plan which states that I should have slack integration. I created my bot, installed the botsonic app in slack, added the API key in as described in the docs, but when I go to use it, I get a message in slack from botsonic that says "You do not have access to API, please upgrade your plan to use the API"
