Training Chatbot to prefer certain sources over others?

Is there a way I can train the chatbot to prefer a certain more reputable source over another?

In my text responses I get text that says " In CONTEXT [1]..." "CONTEXT [2]..." "In CONTEXT [3]..." this seems like an error, how can it be removed?

File Type Not Supported

I am using the CSV file Template Upload for a sitemap and I get an error that says: File Type Not Supported

File upload stays in 'waiting' status until it expires

I'm unable to load files it just sits in waiting status until it expires and asks me to try again. I'm within the character and upload limit. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

It does not matter what FAQ's I input and train. It just will not answer the questions.

After training this thing, I litterally copy and paste the question from the FAQ section and post it to the bot. It just will not answer any questions. It has the answer right there, and just replies over and over it does not know. What is with this service. It used to work, and everytime I come back it just sucks. What is going on with this site. Its seems useless. What am I doing wrong.

How do I fix / remove this error that displays after every single interaction?

Excluding information

We are including our entire website in the training. However, there is some “old” information (eg: PRs, news, etc) that we’d like to exclude. Is there a way to exclude certain things that are organically part of the training material? Like “all of this, but ignore that”?
