How to access the advanced analytics dashboard

  1. Access the Bot you want to view from your Dashboard. To access the Dashboard, click [Home] from the left hand side menu, click on a Bot to open it. If you haven't created a Bot yet, read this Quick Start Guide

  1. Click the [Analytics] tab

Basic Analytics

Trend Graph: Total Users, Chats, Resolution Rate


  • Total Users - total recorded users captured through the built-in user form within the chosen timeline
  • Total Chats - number of chats or conversations with users within the chosen timeline (inclusive of multiple chats from a single user)
  • Resolution Rate - Number of tickets marked as resolved through the post-chat feedback form within the chosen timeline

Pages with highest bot engagement

Understanding which pages users interact with the most enables you to fine-tune the user experience. By focusing on these high-engagement areas, you can prioritize improvements or updates to these pages to ensure they provide the best possible experience for your audience. Additionally, this data serves as a compass for decision-making for creating new content, updating existing materials, or refining messaging to better align with user interests and preferences.


Resolutions

Tracking resolutions is essential for verifying the accuracy and helpfulness of your chatbot's responses to user queries. By examining resolution outcomes, you can pinpoint any instances of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the chatbot and take corrective measures. Click [View Chats] to be directed to your bot's inbox, where you can view all chats filtered by sentiment.


Unanswered Queries

Identify knowledge gaps and improve your bot's effectiveness by reviewing unanswered queries. Enhance your knowledge base to ensure your bot delivers accurate responses consistently.

  • Click the dropdown in the top right corner of the widget to filter by query.
  • Click the 3-dot icon to display the [Add to Answer] button, allowing you to save a response for the query in your sources section.

  • Hover over an unanswered query to view AI's reasoning for categorizing it as unanswered

Popular Topics

Stay informed about user interests and preferences with our analytics tracking. Discover the most engaging topics and queries posed to your chatbot, enabling you to align your content with user expectations.

Click on a topic to be directed to your bot's inbox, where you can view all chats filtered by that topic.


Alternatively, you can filter chats by topic from your bot's inbox. Just click the [Filter] icon to display the filter settings. You can filter by sentiment and/or topic.
